DELIVERY POLICY :
Delivery Charges will be made
on all orders placed. We offer a choice of
Express Next day or Economy 2/3 day services
and will provide you with a fixed quotation
before you confirm your order. We aim to
despatch all orders within 24/48 hours of
receipt of your payment for the goods (or an
official order for all trade account
holders). You may be liable for further
charges if the delivery cannot be made at
the first attempt. You can obtain an update
on the progress of your shipment by
contacting us by e-mail or phone (see
CONTACT US
RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
You may cancel an order
placed for any standard stock item (as
displayed on our website) at any time prior
to their despatch from our warehouse without
incurring any charges. If you wish to cancel
or return an order for any standard stock
item following their delivery to your
address, you may do so within 10 days of
receipt of the order provided you give us a
reason for doing so in writing or by e-mail
and a contact phone number in case of any
queries. You will be liable for and charged
for all shipping costs involved. We will
deduct these charges from your refund.
Payments made by credit card will be
refunded to that card.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT AND
EXCHANGE/REPAIR OF FAULTY ITEMS POLICY
In the event of goods being
damaged in transit we will arrange
replacement at the earliest opportunity. You
must notify us of any damages within 24
hours of delivery being made by phone
(confirmed in writing within 7 days), fax or
e-mail. We will exchange or repair (at our
discretion) any goods that we supply that
you are not completely satisfied with.
GOODS SUPPLIED TO SPECIAL
ORDER
You may not cancel or return an
order for goods supplied as a
special order (not a standard
stock item on our website) and
full payment will be required
including all costs incurred in
the event of you not being able
to accept delivery of the goods

products and special offers that may be of
interest to you. This may be by direct mail,
e-mail or phone; please advise us of any
preference you have of the method used
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS
Following the completion of
an individual transaction, we do not retain
or store any details of the Credit or Debit
card you provided in payment on our systems.
BACS PAYMENTS
We may hold a record of
certain basic financial details (eg bank,
sort code and account number) on our systems
to enable us to identify your payments. We
do not hold any data that would enable us to
access any further information or funds.
